HOW TO DOCUMENT BOUGHT SKILL TRAINING SERVICES - A guide by a frustrated Mod

So grinding RuneScape isn't an ideal way to spend your free time. You could be out there enjoying the sun, right? So you enlist the cheapest or most efficient skiller you can locate, good choice!
HOWEVER, being a paid skiller is the easiest way to acquire someone's total bank value AND a fee for doing it. Cha-ching.

So, I hear you ask, how do I document this possible scam? I mean, if I just post an untrained account and an empty bank, that's not enough proof to show it was the skiller who in fact scammed me!

Well, thank your lucky stars. I am here to come to the rescue.. for any future orders you give at least. Follow these simple steps to accumulate enough proof.


1.
Verify the user via Sythe private message! You can find more on that and what kind of PM to request here: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer...skype-scam-reports-must-contain-sythe-pm.html


2.
Screenshot the passover of log in credentials. Send these via PM (username, password, bank pin [if required]).

Include in the screenshot for our efficiency:
Your whole screen.
The PM you just sent to the skiller in one window with the time showing.
The date and time popped up on the bottom of your window.
The account logged in at the current stats with your Sythe username in the chat box.

If there is wealth on the account, in the PM; include a request for confirmation of the wealth amount, then screenshot the reply.

3.
Wait for the services to be completed. If they are, great. Change your password and get on with life!

If the services are not completed and anything goes missing, you have 2 options:
* Film yourself with a screen recorder logging in to the account with the credentials you provided via PM, show the current stats and date then upload the video.
* Send a member of staff the log in credentials as you did with the skiller and ask them to verify the level of the stats you requested be trained. Screenshot the verification PM they send you.

Post a scam report with the following:

In case of video showing stats:

The Sythe PM you requested in step 1.
Any Skype messages you may have received showing lack of response or derogatory messages like "haha scammed fgt".. you know what I mean.
A Skype profile screenshot (right click their avatar on Skype and select "view profile").
A note to the staff member that handles the report that you have additional proof to PM them.

PM the staff member who responds the screenshot we took in step 2 and the video link.

In case of PM'ing log in details to a staff member:

The Sythe PM you requested in step 1.
Any Skype messages you may have received showing lack of response or derogatory messages like "haha scammed fgt".. you know what I mean.
A Skype profile screenshot (right click their avatar on Skype and select "view profile").
The verification of the staff member who logged in to the account.
