How to create a Discord ''pricing bot''?

Hello, I recently created a Discord in which we offer Oldschool Runescape services such as skilling, quests and various other minigames.

I was wondering how I could create a custom Discord bot (or find an easily customizable one) that would facilitate the calculation of payment for incoming orders. For example, if a customer would like 60 to 80 strength, they could type !skill strength 60 80 and a price would appear under various training methodologies. Additionally, if the pricing of strength varied in respect to levels, I would like that to be customizable as well. For example, the pricing of training from 1 to 70 strength would be distinct from the pricing of 70 to 99 strength.

Does anyone know a bot that could do this or how I would creating my own?
