Asking for a stolen credit card number to use it for personal gain. All manners of illegal. This is pretty much the equivalent to going to one of those carding dump websites and using stolen cards.

There is no excuse for why he shouldn't be banned for this.

Also talks about using it to purchase gold which is credit card fraud and puts every seller on Sythe at risk depending on who he buys off of.
