ahoy hoy, I've got a Moneybookers account and I'm just curious on what this means:


How come my 'Total Balance' is less then my 'Balance' I can't withdraw that £80 either as it says I don't have the funds?


Anyone know what this black magic means?

 

Doesn't the "?" give you anything?

sent any money that hasn't been fully received yet? idk i've never used skrill

 

It's a fairly new Moneybookers, so perhaps I still need to complete some verification things. Maybe I'll give em' a call tomorrow

Have you tried to withdraw it? Try it and see if it works.

Made a payment of 83 pounds and it doesnt register fully for a few days.

 

Yeah I have tired, said I don't have the funds to cover that withdraw.

And no, I don't have a skrillcard. I've never made any payments from this account. It's funds that have been sent to me.

 

Found out the problem!

Basically, it's the same as Paypal; when you haven't verified your email address the funds wont show up for you. I still needed to verify my email and wala, my funds are available.
