    Having a Hard Time Exercising while COVID-19

    So everyone seems to be on lockdown mode because of COVID-19. What that means is that gyms are closed and even going outside to run kind of inhibits people from doing that because of social distancing and community spread of COVID-19. So what do you guys think? What have you been doing keeping busy, activity wise?

    For me, I feel like I have completely stopped exercising but have gone to do more stretching or yoga poses. What do you do?

    You are still able to work out in your back garden if you have one, and you're still able to do stuff at a social distance within reason (you're allowed to go out for training once a day)

    I got a $40 barbell set at Walmart that goes up to 100#. My advice is LOTS of pushups (but don't injure yaself)

    a lot of workouts. Push ups, pull ups (on whatever you can find), sit ups, different styles regarding the aforementioned work.

    In times like this or when a gym isnt open I just do planks for a good 30-45 mins lmfao
