1 - You understand that you have to pay first for your service to get started.
Or we can make a deal, I do a small or half % of the work first then I stop and request payment, once I receive payment for the first half or small % of the work you decide if I continue or not and if so you pay me when I finish the other half, may be a good fair deal to trust.

2 - You have to understand that we are not responsible for any ban or muted during or after service because we will not type to anyone or trade anything in game with your account and everything will be hand made, our entire worries is to do your service well and finish it as soon as possible to leave you satisfied, the only way you get ban is that you were flagged by Jagex from actions from the past like gold trading or botting before service.

3 - You have to understand that there may be a delay sometimes, if the service is ever delayed beyond an agreed time, we will always keep you informed (example of delays: power went off during storms, connection issues etc) no need to worry we will finish your service as soon as possible anyways.

4 - To protect ourselves from false claims you have to remove all your valuables before your service start, we are not responsible for any lost.
Only leave required items for the service make sure you have all the supplies, membership and you have to cover all expenses.

5 - You have to understand that in case of losing something we are not responsible. If you forget where an item is, don't make us responsible either because our entire worries is to do your service well and finish it as soon as possible to leave you satisfied.

6 - You understand that anyone can make mistakes so HCIM deaths are possible for
a lot of reasons such as connection issues, power went off or connection lost or human error, if so we will refund 100%.

7 - Do not log in during service doing so may result in a delay for our worker to get it done as soon as possible and no refund. We will keep you informed with screenshots all the way to the end.

8 - You understand that we don't use BOT everything is hand made, BOT is not allowed for our workers.

9 - You have to change your password before we start your service, the password
should only be known by you and us(Worker & I) and change it again after service because we are no longer responsible of it.

10 - You understand that we do not refund once we have some considerable progress done.

11 - You understand that we are a team and we'll work together to get your service
done as soon as possible so that means it's not only me working, my co-workers do the
service too. No need to worry we are a veteran mix of family and fiable close friends that will take good care of your account.

12 - You understand that we have the right to reject any service.

13 - You understand that our only current payment methods are Paypal & Bitcoins,
we do not accept gold in game for now, we will have more methods soon.

14 - These terms could suffer changes in the future.
