and my card isn't stolen or anything, its just that i didnt know how i had to do the card vetting thing on playerauctions and my card got blacklisted

 

I would say that playerauctions is the best because just of the security you have when buying anything off them, but you said you card got blacklisted just create a Paypal account and add your credit card on it and add funds to your Paypal account that way. Just make sure your registered PA account name is the same as the Paypal one and they will never ask you for order conformation. Well for me they didn't.

 

Usfine.com dosent ask for identification...even for big trades....on the other hand i had problems before with Gold4fun.com they ask for ID and etc and make a big deal

You need to be careful when buying RSGP off websites as some scam. But some are legit, ask around first to find out which sites are the legit ones.

 

I'd say RsUltimate, or try looking on Sythe itself, lots of good shops with many vouches & positive feedback.
