Hello, I have just came back from work and I have no knowledge of this whatsoever. I did not recover the account and I don't even have access to the original email anymore as it was long inactive.

 

Also if you claim that it was me because of my activity status on sythe then your obviously trying to play me a fool here because I am always active on sythe whenever I'm on my computer.

 

You sold me the account and it got recovered. You are responsible as you were the previous owner. You can refund me $130 BTC or the equivalent at the current selling rate for 07gp or you can get banned on here. I have no interest in the account anymore as it has already been recovered once

You even admit to being the original owner when you claim "I don't have access to the original email anymore." @mods I think we can all tell that he's trying to bs his way out of this one as he has everything needed to recover the account.

 

Original owner and still using the email are 2 different things. Im not going to respond until someone else responds thanks

 

Nevertheless, he still has information to recover the account. Since he is the original owner and the account is recovered, I think it's pretty reasonable why I do not want to have access to this account anymore and just want a BTC or 07gp equivalent to what I bought the account for. How does an account get recovered and the original owner has no clue on how it happened? We can wait for a mod to look over the chat.

 

@Golfie95 @jdog69 What were the terms agreed to in the sale (if applicable)? I see jdog said none were mentioned in his original post, however I'd like to confirm this once more.

 

Nothing really all I did was sell the account. I never said that I'll be held accountable for his actions on his account. I haven't touched the account and I dont plan on it either

 

Since the account is recovered and he as the original owner has no clue on how it got recovered; I think we can assume rule #5 "Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility forever" can come into play in this since he has not even made an effort to say he can recover the account back.

Mods, since he is saying he can not recover the account, which I believe if he truly didn't recover the account himself that he would offer to recover the account or some sort of help that he can refund me my payment. I don't even want to account back because of how much of a risk it is for me to put any gp on the account.

 

It's difficult to pinpoint what happened exactly, but given the circumstances within this report and lack of ToS I'd say a full refund for the account is justified here.

 

I should not be responsible for his loss of the account. I can try to help you get your account back but other than that I can't do much else im sorry

 

No thank you, due the serious concern as you as the owner have no idea on how it got recovered is causing, I'll take the refund. I think you should be able to understand how uncomfortable I am on the account knowing that you can recover it pretty much when you feel like it. I do not at all feel comfortable putting any gp on that account which makes it useless to me since I wanted to pk on it. Feel free to "recover" your account. Not worth it to be banned for $130 man.

 

He's been online and has made no attempt to contact me about this until I talked to him on Discord. I asked him if he was going to refund me and he said that he's not going to speak to me. @King you can close this now as he can accept his DNT. He can pay me back if he feels like coming back to the community. I will accept $130 BTC or the equivalent in 07gp at that time.

Well I don't have a week for you to talk to me which I think is immature that you don't even want to talk to me and that you don't want to pay me back. @King clearly stated to refund me and you say that you aren't going to talk to me which means you don't really listen to people. Either you can refund me this week, or I would like for you take the punishment.
