    Fun and profitable PVM?

Hey guys. What are some of your favourite monsters to kill for profit? In the past few months since I've been playing RS again, I haven't got the chance to do too much bossing as I have been so busy training. My character is now maxed out though and I am looking for some fun monsters to hunt.

I usually go to revs a few times per week, and I went to fight Kree the other day with a friend and I'm pretty confident that I can solo it myself (atleast for a few kills per trip), but anybody else have some good suggestions?

I can't do Tormented Demons or Glacors. I did some runs to the Chaos Ele earlier today and am even thinking of going to the KBD like old times out of boredom.

Post your favourite monsters to hunt for profit! Help a brotha out :)

**EDIT - HERE ARE MY STATS:

    99 Attack
    99 Strength
    75 Defence
    99 Hitpoints
    99 Magic
    99 Ranged
    95 Prayer w/ Turmoil

    No extremes/overloads :(

Not the kind of suggestion I am looking for... I am looking for excitement.

Never done corp, but I definitely want to check it out when I can get some friends together. I've also got a buddy who does Corp regularly and I can probably tag along with him. Kree I have done before like I said and will be looking into trying to solo him on my own. Nex is just completely out of the picture unfortunately, too tough for my character at the moment.

What for? so he can loot a whip? AMG!

On topic: try doing wgs. It's long, but people get claws relatively easy.

Bandos is fun regardless that the loot went down a bit that's probably more in your range since you can't do big bosses atm.

Barrows are underestimated for their value.

You get a pretty consistent income with them even without drops. With the spike in rune prices, if you don't use ancients at Barrows, I would estimate around 400K/hr off the runes alone.

The prices of Barrows are stabalizing with the removal of the bots. Plus if you have done the RotM you get access to Arkisae so you can skip Torag's :D

If you have a friend to go with you, cannoning at the Chaos Dwarf Battefield is really good money/exp.

Nex is the way to go if it's possible, made me 300m in a week time...
If you can't Nex, try Kree'arra.

Please no more mentioning Slayer. I will likely be training Slayer in the near future but Slayer is more of a repetitive task with long term profit. I am seeking more of an exciting, fun activity where there is some good loot involved.

Thanks :p And yeah I will be looking into doing WGS, as Tormented Demons look like the exact kind of challenge I would be up for right now. Plus a few pairs of claws would be a nice addition to my bank.

Yes I think Bandos would be perfect for me. Do you think I would be able to solo with my stats (edited to include them above ^) or am I better off finding a team to go with??

This was actually a really good suggestion, so thankyou! My mind completely skipped over the thought of doing Barrows... but it has been awhile, can be very profitable, and is actually quite fun. At my level, I can move through the tombs extremely fast too making the chance more likely of making some decent Gp p/h

I actually just got the Hunter level requirement for doing Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf, and so I am working on that right now :p I just have to do 2 prequests + Forgiveness and then I can check out the battlefield. I heard its a great training spot and very profitable. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nex would be so awesome.. I edited this post to include my stats up above, and what do you think? I just assumed I would not be able to do Nex without having extremes/overloads, aswell as no Pak Yak. But would it be possible if I was in a large team maybe??

I do have money to afford 96 herb and probably 96 summoning aswell, and will definitely be something I will get down the road without a doubt, but for now these are my stats unfortunately. All I've really been doing lately is hunting revs, which is fun but I want to try something new.

You will have trouble finding a nex time without overloads and a yak, those teams are really picky + it would be really hard for you without that stuff. I would stick with bandos and arma maybe duoing. Both are fun even if you don't get a decent drop. Td's are easy to solo as well once you get that quest done. I would also reccomend a chaotic crossbow and rapier or longsword if you don't have these already. It makes for much faster kills and a chaotic crossbow is a requirement for any nex team.

This is great advice, thankyou :)

Just as I suspected - I am probably not quite ready yet to do Nex. Even if I had overloads + a Yak, I still don't have the experience that most teams would be looking for either. I am definitely excited to try to whoop Nex's ass one day but I still have a long ways to go.

It seems as if most people reccomend Bandos or Armadyl as the 2 easier bosses in GWD, so maybe I will start there with a duo or attempted solo and see if I get lucky. TD's are the exact type of challenge that I am looking for right now, but unfortunately I have a bit of work to do before I can attempt the quest. Besides a little GWD exploration, I guess I will just be sticking to my nightly rev trips for the time being ;)

I woke up at 4:30 am today and couldn't get back to bed so I got up and made coffee and came on Sythe. About about 5:45 I logged into RS and geared up for Revs on a dutch server, and within 5 minutes I got a Vesta's Platebody from one of a low levelled revs, worth about 9M :D Not a bad start to the day.

My revenant drop tab is starting to look really nice too ;)

I would recommend corp. But without overloads its hard to get one of the more profitable teams, i'm maxed with ovls but no yak just uni and without a yak life sucks.. Lol

On a side note Bandos isnt bad cash, just it can be frustrating to not get a drop for a few hours.

I would also recomend as stated above to do some barrows for fast cash while then switching to bandos or arma for medium cash then corp for long run slow good cash.

Thankyou for your well thought out response :)

Corp could possibly be a little out of my way right now, but I will see about that. I might be able to scrape up together a few friends to go on a Corp run with me, but I doubt I would be able to get on a professional team at the moment. I've heard Corp is great cash & charms though, so I will work towards being able to do some 'Corpin ;)

I will likely do some Barrows runs today and see if I get lucky.. I did good at revs this morning and made almost 10M in like 5 minutes. Might try a Bandos duo too if I can. I've still never been
