Froppel scammed me

I bought an account from Froppel, with 2 years of insurance, but after 1 week, the account got locked, i asked if he could open it up or refund me if he couldnt, he said yes to that. After trying to open the account up, and couldn´t he wanted to refund me, and said he´d gather it for sunday. When sunday came, he barely answered me and told me the next day on sythe, that his discord was fucking up or smth, i asked if i could get it now, and he said he would update me. About 3 days passes, and still no reply or answer, even though he´s been active on sythe.

I would like my money refunded, Amount: 220m.

Nothing, its just locked and recovery got denied 2 times. I got the gp that aint the problem at all as its only 220m. I got 5 accounts banned so i cant deliver. Its a major macro ban on all accounts. I got plenty gp on all those. The ban is for using openosrs. Wasnt aware it was forbidden since 24 june. The ban is 13 days

 

If you are unable to unlock the account, you must refund @ScandinavianCaper 220m. Both of you please keep me updated.
