[Food] Totino's - Mexican Style Party Pizza Review

Your favorite poverty "pizza" has re-released this flavor. I was convinced to try it out finally. If it was good enough for them to re-release, then it is good enough for me to try, right???

Price Paid: 88 cents. Did I overpay??? Probably not.



I ended up doing other things, so I kinda maybe reviewed this cold and soggy. I was able to fold it into an actual taco, so that worked out well.

To my surprise, I actually liked this product. It is made out of chicken + beef "sausage" seasoned to taste like taco meat. It also had a few peppers on it which were a nice touch, and approximately 3-4 white onions, which weren't too harmful to the flavor as someone who is sketched out by onions. You can barely even see them on the cover art.

It's a better take than chorizo-topped pizzas (I don't like chorizo). It also legitimately tasted like a taco (all you need is cumin, right?).

As far as nailing the flavor as a taco-pizza, 5/5. Great job, and unique flavor. I'd like to see this made by other companies.

Overall taste is still that bland high 3/5 that is Totino's.
Among the Totino's lineup, however, this is a pretty great flavor and I think it was well worth a try. Way better than their horrible pizza rolls, so this is a 5/5 when it comes to Totino's products overall.

I'd buy this again if I wanted some cheap food, or try it hot and crispy.

 

The takeaway is... if you're a fan of Party Pizzas, GET THIS.

If you aren't, this is still a damn interesting flavor to try out for a dollar.


Please, no more chorizo and more seasoned beef.
