OakDice.com F- customer service - Never swapping with them again

Hey guys. A few days ago I decided to swap some gold and remembered a website that I had used a long time ago. Decided to swap with Oakdice and the experience was not pleasant. The customer service was horrible and rude, they said that they had gold that they in reality didn't even have - Straight up lied to my face to "close the deal" and get the swap. For a second I had a feeling that I was getting scammed. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wanted to share it with other people so they can think twice before using their service.

Yeah, gold sellers/swappers don't need to be "nice" to you. They know people will use their services anyways & still make money. I wish there was designated site for RS Shop reviews that aren't littered with fake reviews so you could boycott any site that has rude/bad customer service.

Yeah that'd piss me off if they told you that they had the stock and didn't, After they've took your GP. And then have the audacity to be rude to you after lol. I hate that, try and make you feel devalued. I'd have said i'll take my "lil 500M" somewhere else then asshole!
