Been selling dhab all sort of MMO games, from lost ark, runescape, albion and way more.
Recently we had a customer wanting to sell 145k LOST ARK GOLD.
The way Lost Ark is trade is via Auction House, a sort of trading post.
We asked Dhab if he could list an item for 145k so our customer would buy it.
He did, sent us a picture of the item, minimum price and maximum price, with the name of it, we asked our seller to buy the item, he did bought the item, but one or two minutes earlier dhab told us not to buy it since there was a bot trying to scam with the same item, we tried to warn our client but it was too late, somehow he had bought the wrong item :/
Our poor client is from venezuela and bought the wrong item, the one that dhab had put on the trading post but somehow a bot or someone made an exact same order
We need a mod to see this case and tell us how to follow, anyhow i would like to pay my client since he is a recurring one but my money will be lost, he bought the item we told him to, which was the one dhab told us to buy.... in the middle, some weird stuff happened

I would like to add that when I sent the screenshot of the item posted on the AH I immediately warned him to make sure nobody lists at the same price.

We're willing to pay the full amount if a mod thinks we're in the wrong here, I can upload screenshots of the entire chatlog.

As you can see from this thread this is nothing unique to our case, it happens all the time when people buy/sell gold or pay for boosts via AH in Lost Ark.

I think I warned him enough by telling him to make sure nobody lists at the same price to make sure this wouldn't happen.

Someone did list at the same price and still his client bought it anyways.
