Dwarf's Pardon Request for DNT Evading/Scamming

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Back in 2016, more than two years ago, I made the account "Tate" and I was pretty active on the community. I made several good friends, obtained several legit vouches for selling and buying Runescape GP. Regretfully, 6 months ago I did a very stupid thing in-game and went to the duel arena to gamble, long story short, I lost 8 stakes in a row and was extremely frustrated with what I had done and what followed was me during an act of desperation, and an extremely poor judgement call, I contacted PayPal on the phone and told them that the charge for $68 was fraudulent. PayPal gave me my money back, and that was the end of my Sythe career.
• I took a break from Runescape and Sythe for 6 months, I came back November 6 under the new alias "Dwarf". in this short month, I've done over $2000 usd worth in legitimate trades, accumulate several vouches, paid for a gtx signature, and even donated $25 to Sythe less than 6 hours ago. I know that what I did was wrong, but I was truly addicted to gambling, at the time it was just like any drug, it was a serious issue. I am in a way better place now, I have not touched the duel arena since that event. I am looking to right the things that I have done wrong. I am asking for a second chance. If my intentions were truly malicious and i intended to scam again, I wouldn't had donated today or even paid an artist for a signature. I want to be in this sythe for a very long time.

Scam victim: @Instajoshi69 (so this goes to community repayment fund)
Scam debt: 90$ USD

Sent the debt of above to this BTC address.

Scam debt: $68 USD

The first person that I screwed over was a good friend of mine Spizz, 6 months after the incident I finally paid him back the amount + a little extra. I am happy to say that we are friends again. I am sure Spizz can confirm that he received the money.

The second part of my repayment consisted of sending $90 worth of BTC to Pendulum to the address: 1746bF8jJy3DeYePGNx44PpyaA8P3E52ez as a "community repayment fund". Pendulum can confirm that I sent it.




I am truly sorry for what I did, thinking back at it, there was no excuse. I am doing anything in my power to fix all of it.

I can confirm @Spizz was also paid back. I'd still like to see proof of those trades you've had with @Joppal and @Creator. If we eventually find out ourselves you've scammed them aswell but left that part out, then you'll be back to square one again.

Yesterday I was contacted by Dwarf on Discord after 6 months and he came very polite and apologizing for what he did, and paid what he scammed me for, thanks heraldo!

Wortel, I just logged into my old "Tate" discord and checked all of the conversations I had with people. It appears that I also chargebacked the user @Creator for a total of $39 USD after he sold me some rs3 gp. I won't lie to to you, I didn't remember this until you mentioned his name and I checked my discord messages to confirm.

Concerning the user "Joppal", there is zero information about him on discord, I had no conversations with him via that platform. The user didn't make a scam report, nor provided evidence so I am fairly confident to say that he was not affected by my actions. The user hasn't been active for a long time and has only made 2 posts, so I have high suspicions of it being a fake claim.

I just added the user Creator to discord and waiting for him to add me back. I am willing to compensate him the $39.

Please let me know if there is any other information/evidence that you need. I am 100% willing to work with you on this.

As for the Joppal one I can't hold that against you if there's no proof indeed, but I highly doubt someone would benefit from calling you out a scammer unless he truely believes he was scammed by you.

It's been approximately 12 days and the user hasn't responded or even logged into Sythe or discord. Should I proceed the send $39 in BTC to the Sythe community btc wallet in order to get this pardon to the next step? Please advice, thank you.

Hello, I've been trying to contact Creator for quite a while now and honestly it has gotten quite frustrating by his lack of activity both in Sythe and Discord. I first added him on Discord on December 20 2018 (21 days ago) and he added me back 15 days later on January 3rd, 2019. The only response that I've gotten is "yo" even though I want to pay him back. He has not logged into Sythe in over a month. Does this qualify for a BTC repayment to the official Sythe community btc address? I really want to move my pardon forward but it's been almost a month of waiting for Creator.

This is a very tough situation because there is no trade amount, no evidence, no chatlogs, no pms or discord conversations, even no scam reports concerning the user Joopel. However, considering the timing of his accusation and the fact that he wouldn't earn anything from making a false claim. I would like to declare myself guilty even though there is no evidence.

You were right Wortel, I checked my old paypal and the date and amount matches exactly.
He sold me 167m 03 gp at a rate of .13/m which equates to $21.71, just as my paypal history says.

Should I send $21.71 to the Sythe BTC community address? He hasn't logged into sythe in over 5 months, and his past discord address name is non-existent.
