I stand by what I said in my other pardon attempt. I've had my fair share of delayed projects due to poor time management and taking on too much at once, and I will do better.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you

The full description is in my other pardon. I was doing a project for Mimi and launched it early for him to get started while I finished up some final payment processor integrations (he wanted something custom for Paypal, not my usual integration). He was using the site actively and had orders on it, there were minor parts to finish up based on his very strict requirements. I told him I was going to be moving so needed a bit of time to work on packing, and for some reason he took this as meaning I was leaving the project or something and reported me.

I discussed the incident with Sun/Charlotte over Discord at the time, but since we couldn't come to an amicable resolution and I was in the middle of a cross-country move where I spent several months renovating my house, I did not bother appealing. This was a mistake, and once again I will do better should there ever be any kind of disputes in the future and address them head-on.

I was told that my last pardon was denied due to a) not being active enough in the community recently/not appealing sooner, and b) due to disagreements amongst staff about my debt owed. I apologize for the first, and for the second I would like to clarify that Mimi had a site that was about 99% completed, and he was actively using it on Sythe. There were many things that delayed the project, and I will make sure my communication is better in the future. With that being said, the missing parts of the site were so minor and could have been completed by any other developer, but I had no intentions of leaving the project until he became unreasonable. I invested a lot of time into his site, and it was in full working order minus the Paypal API (more on this can be read in my previous pardon).

I'm not a threat to the community, and I actively work with some of the biggest names in the market with their full trust. I would like the opportunity to join Sythe again as a full member.
