777#2131 on discord Scammed for €1000!

Explanation of the Trade: I was in this server on discord called #1 sports betting casino where they do betting, It’s an RSSport discord server run by HOST Katy who invites people to the server. One of the admins 777#2131 messaged me and welcomed me to the server and asked if I wanted to bet, I said no but I’m interested in buying gold if you guys sell.

He said they got the cheapest gold, how much am I after, I said 10bil and he said I will sell you that for €1200, do I want to buy now, I said yes and he asked how do intend on paying. I said I got PayPal, he said okay do u have BTC? I asked what was that and he said bitcoins, I said no I don’t have any of that, nor know how to acquire them and isn't bitcoins like 4000 pounds or something. He said no, bitcoins is the best way to do this transaction, he guided me through setting up a coinbased account to do the transaction. I encountered a problem, I somehow had a limit of €1000 euros deposit per week, so I was unable to deposit enough funds to buy the 10bil rs3 gp (400m shards) for the agreed price. so, I told him about there is a limit, he said no worries. Buy 8bil for now for €1000 and I’ll buy the rest on Monday. He will reserve the 10bil for me at the same price on Monday but buy the 8bil now and he will deliver it as soon as its gone through.

He gave me his bitcoin addressed and said ensure that I put it in correct, I said yes, I have as I have copied and paste it. I sent him the money, he asked for correspondence all along the way, telling me to send him screen shots, and let him know when the confirmation reaches 6. I done that, it took 2 hours for it to reach to 6, told him and kept him informed all along the way. After it got to 6, he said my order is now confirmed for Monday. I said what do you mean it's all confirmed for Monday? you said that purchase 8bil now, once it's confirmed u will trade me 8bil worth of shards and I’ll get the rest on Monday when my weekly deposit limit has reset on Coinbase to send u the rest.

He said no, it's all reserved for Monday, I said no I want my shards now, that’s what we agreed on, else would not of sent the money. Either my shards now, or refund my money. he said that a refund will take 3 days, so I might as well wait one day for Monday. I said I’m stressed now so please deliver or refund my money, why would it take 3 days when it didn’t take that long to send u? why can't u deliver what I paid for?

He told me chill out I’m acting like he is scamming me, then next minute the server disappeared (presumably kicked out) and he went offline on discord and it says message can't send as u don't share a server with the person or they have blocked you.

Same with the Host of the server who invites everyone. So that’s how I got scammed for 1000 euros, I got proof of it all. I'm so devastated losing all the money by trying to make an investment to buy a party hat, to be scammed and have no money left for the Christmas season, no money on rs to do anything. Sorry for the long explanation of the story but Couldn't make it shorter as too much detailed would be left out. I'm devastated and so hurt.

How they scammed: As soon as they got their 6/6 coinbase, bitcoin confirmation, they said my order is reserved for Monday, I said u said I’ll be getting the shards now, and then he just pretty much told me if I don’t want to wait until Monday he will give a refund but it will take 3 days so I might as well wait for Monday, I insisted I want my shards now or refund me as that was the agreement, then he blocked me, and kicked me out of the server. No refund, no shards given.

I really sorry that this is long with many screenshots but I would appreciate if you take time to go through all the evidence, and if you need go clarify anything or need any further information please let me know. I believe I was scammed because they are just scammers and realise that I’m a rookie and would be an easy target. This whole incident has left me devastated, as I have made the sacrifice to spend all that money to try buy shards to eventually buy a party hat but in the ended getting scammed.

Again, please if you require any further information, please i'm able to provide all evidence that i got. I even have a screen recording which was in anticipation to the trade on rs but we never got to that stage as i was blocked and kicked out of the server.

I’m thankful for this guy on discord who has helped me in this difficult time, he guided me to this forum to be able to file a scammer report.I met him by reviwiewing the screen recordings, which capture some of the server chat. I also tried finding the server on google but could only find other servers andi maanger to get a server and He was on that server when i carried out a search which was just pure chance. I explained everything that happened to him and he was able to guide me, and here i am.
