In attempts to blackmail me in overturning a decision made after name and chuck paid a developer named @dark_unicorn Dark Unicorn Vouch Thread who was convicted of doing the very crime i'm about to explain. Short story: Chuck and Name both paid a developer who was developing our server to mass ban our 3k member discord which they succeeded after which Name was deranked for such activities, there is a whole report on this on sythe already and dark unicorn was banned for this specific case.

I don't think people understand, mass banning 3k members means you don't only lose 3k members but you must manually unban them 1 by 1. The level of grief these individuals have inflicted upon myself/my team is unimaginable this is only the beggining..

Name knows this to be true as we told him several times to pay for the server damages he and his worker (Chuck/ Jayy) caused and he'd be reinstated the rank. He offered $2,000 for discord damages out of chuck's pay (he can confirm this) which we denied as the severity of the case was more valuable.

The user Name (owner of Oceanstakes) began to threaten me in real life as shown above, and I was genuinely fearing for my life as this guy has previous history of obsessively following live streamer Ice Poseidon IRL and awkwardly shouting out "ocean stakes". <Removed check edit history> - Just one of the instances of him. He looks like a very intimidating person I do NOT want "attacking" me.

Seeing my life was at risk, I offered to give him my split of 10B back, he wanted the entire 50b worth in $ value, $10k from me. Which was not happening as he was the one breaking rules yet I was willing to pay back.

here is the full conversation that Name tried to hide/manipulate, I told Name "Looks like your partner did it", the partner being Jayy on sythe A.K.A Chuck of which Name the owner of Oceanstakes specifically mentioned "Bikers doesnt want them back". This is him ADMTITING to them hacking into our server Dark Unicorn (unicornbots) - Blackhat activity/Scammer.

Dark unicorn was PAID to do this by THEM. Name the owner of Oceanstakes is ADMITTING his partner did this and that bikers doesn't want them back which completely alligns with the context!!

Can this please be joined onto the oceanstakes report they must be dealt with swiftly this is not acceptable, a 3000 member server hacked into and BANNED 3000 members.

I've never paid unicorns, or even talked to him, never given money to anyone else to give to him or anything like that. Never heard of him or even knew he had an admin rank, until you accused me of working with him.

This is a conversation between me and your rank "Pingy", not between me and Unicorns. You've hidden the names for that reason. The Sythe post linked in the quote also does not prove I had any involvement whatsoever!!

I'm sorry your discord members got banned, but I had no reason to participate in anything that would negatively impact DMWatch since I had paid so much for a rank, and was benefiting from being that rank. I have no motive to continue this beef any further either, you scammed, paid the price, and got taxed in reputation.

If our verified bot is somehow non compliant after updating our terms of service, then we will respond to that issue. But you're adding things in that just aren't true.

He acknowledges that he was caught guthix repairing in specifications while using Chuck's name to hold GP.
It should be noted that after spending hours with him, he was discovered, and the fact that he was not sleeping and was now using a separate account in someone else's name indicates that he had not returned the money to the victim hes scammed.

The moral of the story is that Chuck has erased all of his Discord communications that had proof of his scams. He admits to scamming at least 30b in this instance, and he brags about it. Scamming is one thing, but bragging about it?

The claim might be amended to read "30b+ scam," but it is obvious given that he erased all of his Discord messaged and was discovered resting off during a 10b fight (20b pot), which might mean sums of money reaching up to hundreds of billions gp.


Additionally, gp throughout this time should be noted.3$+/double to what it is today, therefore his admission of 30 billion or more in scams equates to 60 billion or more at current market values.

 

Oceanstakes hacked our server for 3000 members @Pirate you've joined 2 reports non related. I did not report a 50b scam

Name the owner of oceanstakes admits to his Partner hacking into our server because "bikers wouldn't let him in" which alligns with the context i gave, please do not mix my report with the other report and treat seperate as such.

My report requires you to read my whole report for full context of which I reposted as requested.

There are no ifs and butts in this scenario, the owner of Oceanstakes full handedly admitted upon confronted about his partner banning/hacking our 3000+ member server of which he replied with

"bikers really doesnt want them back in, you can ask him yourself"

If an owner of a server is full handedly admitting that his PARTNER of which there is only 1 partner named Chuck who operates the @Jayy discord, then this is irrefutable evidence,

the 50b scam reporter is not to do with my report. Please handle this as such else it becomes confusing for mods to understand the real topic at hand, a blackhat user who paid out developers to go rogue on us and ban all our members done in the words of name by his own partner that being Jayy as proven in my report in that the owners are only Jayy/name/chuck(who runs Jayy).

 

I'd like to point out, after reviewing the chat logs between myself, Bikers and Fred. They've edited the messages and removed a lot of them. I don't think they should be allowed to submit private/edited screen shots due to their history of removing and editing messages.

Bikers removed my rank and kept my $10,000 rank payment, and gave the reason it was equal damage to the server members being banned. Even still Bikers/Fred/DMWatch attempt to extract even more coin you don't deserve from me, in the form of "damages".

Not to mention, these two directly work with banned sythe user and notorious serial scammer Stella every day as well - bankrolling her GP to stream in exchange for splits. Scams have taken place that have been reported on sythe from Stella on stream, that chuck AKA @Jayy is apart of by association.

 

Regarding the alleged scam of 800m / dox of bikers: First of all the title of the YouTube video is indeed not doxing bikers unless his government name is "Stick figure indian" Proof of repayment of this however will be sent in a deleted post for staff to see

Regarding the RestoreCord blackhat allegations: We use restore cord to prevent alting in the billions worth of gp giveaways which we run. There is no content which is blocked by the verify feature apart from entering giveaways for people who have never participated in our server.

Furthermore, there are numerous staking/gambling servers which use this feature such as runestake,dmsafe, and runewager. If this is included as blackhat then surely those must be taken into account as well.(proof of those sent in deleted)

We have never abused this trust put into us and never will.

Regarding hacked accounts:

This is something which I do not engage in anymore, but regardless it does not take place on sythe, is not advertised on sythe nor done with sythe members.

Regarding the black unicorn discord hacking: like I said before there is absolutely no proof of this , you forcing this on me with name when you're threatening to remove his rank isn't an admission, more blackmailing.

Explaining the new report: regarding the chat logs regarding "dming", I never abused anyones trust . I don’t think unranked deathmatches in pvp world should be treated any differently from luring someone into the wilderness or just PKing. It’s no honour, but not a betrayal of trust. I never abused my reputation to do that.Engaging in an unranked fight, with no cc, on a random account, against a random person on Runescape. I don't think that is much different from PKing. There is no victims, no actual proof of anything, just broad conversations taken out of context and cut to paint me in a bad light.


The one instance where there is "proof" of an account used, theres also proof of it not being mine and it being shared.


I'm not scared to respond to each accusation 1 by 1 but you've said untrue things with no proof, as well as repeated a lot of the same. Hopefully this post answers to the core issue you have. It hasn’t been a secret that Bikers has had a major personal vendetta against “Chuck”. As for the offering of $2K, I was just trying to get to the bottom of what was the real issue, since I didn’t ban anyone from discord or invite them to my own, I suspected it may have been a money issue. I’ve always been consistent on the fact I had nothing to do with the banning of your discord members.


Chuck doesn’t have any ownership Ocean Stakes, Name owes 100%. Chuck works on a commission basis, I maintain ownership, pay for development, art and server costs. Chuck contributes 0 to these expenses, because I like to be able to retain ownership. We’ve been operating over 2 years now and Chuck has been working with us for about 1 year.

Bikers and Fred decide solely who is ranked and not ranked. They decide how income is divided between Admins. So if Bikers got a $1500 or 10B split from it is actually completely irrelevant.

I'm not sure what you're on about, you've been actively redirecting dmwatch members to oceanstakes, against our policies/ToS. You were actively making threats against the ranks/owners, you we're given several legitimate reasons why you were deranked. Mod's have already been sent proof of this.

 

Name, owner of “oceanstakes”, you were removed rightfully so on numerous occasions. As a former friend, I had to tried to warn you several times and even offered you the 10B I was split of your rank back. To which you tried to extort me for more. Name did not deal with me or my business partner Fred nor did he send us anything. If so, show us where we made a deal of $10k? Reasons for rank removal:
- Poaching users to his personal gambling discord (warned prior)
- He and His business partner @Jayy/ chuck was apart of a discord compromise where they banned 1500 members (name then offered to pay on chuck’s behalf but diverting blame from himself) When someone works for you, you're expected to take responsibility regardless if you admit to it or not. (Name WAS indeed apart of this banning, however, even with denial - his association with the worker leaves him guilty)

Oceanstakes should be removed from advertisement on sythe as the owner puts other sythe users, such as my self, in danger as he has consistently threatened to attack me in real life (illegal) and has a history of following streamers around irl.

imgur.com This screenshot is completely faked, I gave Fred a 10b gift 1 week before they stole my rank. If anything, that shows just how committed I was to DMWatch. Big mistake, my gift has been used against me. How you're able to still post private screenshots after your extensive history editing, manipulating and deleting evidence.
