Hello, i just bought a staker account with 2 years of insurance in october 26 of this year from Chicksgold.com: Most Trusted Video Game Asset Marketplace

After 5 days of playing with the account it got locked because jagex "suspect that it has been stolen"

I've tried several times to recover the account but seems that it isnt attached with my email anymore.
-After that issue, i contact Chicksgold.com: Most Trusted Video Game Asset Marketplace for help, 3 days ago and they told me to wait for a response. Today they dont do anything about my case.




They dont do anything else about my case and everytime ask me to come back in 24-48 hours. I've lost alot of wealth too (1.5b+)

I've just checked my email right now and i got the password reset denied today by Jagex. The mail that i've recived from them doesnt talk anything about a banned account. And actually i dont have any solid proof of that.
I showed you that i had around 1.5B of bank, in the account.

I want to ask for the 100% of the refund for the account loss and the bank worth, because there is not solid proof of a banned account. If someone recover the account then i got scammed by you.




UPDATED POST FOR NEW EVIDENCE 07/11/2022

The global mod @Pirate contacted me in my personal discord asking for the evidence without crops. I did everything what he asked me and sent to him to many videos recorded from my camera.

The proof was:
1. Bank wealth worth and the date of it
2. Proof that the hiscores check doesnt mean anything about a banned account
3. Video of the mail that i´ve recived from Jagex about the password request denied and not saying anything about a banned account.







After all of this @Pirate said "At least you get 15%" of the bank worth, (he edited that post)




I DON´T KNOW IF THIS GUY IS WORKING FOR CHICKSGOLD.COM .

You are correct, the account from this post was locked and we were notified about this situation a few days ago.

When checking the highscores with the Runescape name you provided us, we were able to confirm that the account was banned.
You can confirm this as you're still able to add banned accounts to your friendslist in game, but they will not show up on the highscores.
The account was sold with no email and was created with a fake login name.

Despite the account being banned, you are still under our insurance policy for the account if we couldn't get it unlocked from our end.
We have spent the last few days actively attempting to unlock the account and are still attempting to do so, but have had no such luck over the course of multiple unlock attempts.

We had asked for an additional 48 hours to continue trying to get the account unlocked which you disagreed with.
Please come to our livechat so we can issue a full refund for the account as we're still unable to get the account unlocked.

 

We have initiated a refund on our end which can take 3-7 days to fully process. We will also continue trying to unlock the account and will return it if successful.
