Reporting these centrelink claiming worms for cracking and redistributing my software. Proof is in the form of multiple discord direct message transcripts.

I will include full proof in a report on my own post as it includes some sensitive information of theirs.
Full proof includes 10+ dm transcripts.

Firstly, to the Sythe admins, these screenshots of the conversations were obtained via someone ratting Deadshots PC, and scamming multiple people, so they were not obtained legally. The fact that Maci posseses them and that they contain personal information eg. Names, Emails, Account details, as well as plugins of my own creation and my legal IP is worrying.

Whilst I admit the screenshots provided do not paint a good story for me, they also do not show the full story.

To start, I did not "crack" WKs product. I have never cracked anything. To this day I do not posses the knowledge to do so.

The story:
One day Deadshot came to me and said he had a private TOA file, by the name of "Lucid TOA," the free open source guys, and wanted to see if I could help him sell it. It had no loader/authenticator so I said you would have to look into creating something like that for it, otherwise once you sell it once or twice it'll spread and you'll get no more sales.
So I tried to poke around the code through opening it in recaf (a program GPT recomended, and the limit of my "cracking knowledge") and it was obfuscated, but some of the strings were visible. Looking into the strings I saw mentions of WK, which confirmed it was an already cracked file that had the name Lucid TOA (but I'm assuming Lucid didn't actually crack it and that was just a coverup?). So I Ctrl+F'd and removed any reference to WK + Lucid in the Manifest and in the strings, and then slowly tried to look into a launcher and authenticator. I managed to get a rudimentary authenticator made, but could not attach it to the file as it was obfuscated, and as I do not know how to crack things, this was the end of it. But gave up, and stepped away from the project.

I then stepped away from it, and told DeadShot I wanted no part in it anymore. I never took any payment, and told him he has to do it privately away from me or CC. At the time Deadshot had created a TOA ticket within my server, which I sent messages out to all customers informing them that this was no longer happening, and any further conversations should happen between them and Deadshot (effectively removing myself from the situation).

Anything that happened after this point in regards to sales or customers I am not aware of and Deadshot would have to provide a statement. In the end Deadshot then distributed the version he had, not the one I edited. I definitely hype up my "cracking abilities" in the dms between DS and myself, all I really did was ask ChatGPT how to change the name in the sidebar. If you'll see in the dms everytime I tried to edit it I broke it entirely anyways, so confirming any version I touched was then never circulated.

DeadShot's main computer was ratted last week, and as such his discord was compromised. His hacker then reached out to me and threatened to leak this info if I didn't pay him $400 USD which I obviously have not paid given the fact that WK is posting this. He has since been removed from the CC team, but as WK pointed out in their post, his name was still listed within our welcome message, which has since been rectified.

I admit my actions here are not the most moral, I found out the cracked nature of the product DS had and was selling, and looked the other way. I did not stop him. Nor did I remove his roles from my server, as I considered him a great friend, and a good worker. I fully admit there were multiple other paths I could have taken to keep my nose clean which I did not take. But my point remains, that the sale and cracking of this software was not done by me. The cracking was done before DeadShot got his hands on it and the sale(s)? of the plugin was handled entirely by DeadShot - and all customers were informed that it was not affiliated with CC or myself whatsoever. The customers who paid for the product DeadShot found himself, through advertising in the Runemate discord (and others), and through his activity statuses.

To end this, I don't know what else to say honestly. To Maci and the whole WK team I am sorry, I could have done more to stop this, and yes there was a point in time where I knew it was a cracked version of your product, and I was attempting to find a way to profit off of that. But in the end I stepped away, and did not use, distribute or crack your code. I just also didn't try and stop DeadShot and now that decision will likely stick with me forever. The rest of the team at CC had no knowledge of this. Please do not harrass them as they are all incredible blokes

Read the rules retard. Dont post in scam reports you arent directly involved in. I never hacked anyone, i was sent a zip file of 15 direct message transcript. I dont know how the person who sent them to me got their hands on the direct messages but somehow they have made their way to Domi who sent them to me.

Carver you try act innocent like you were being roped into this by deadshot but you clearly say in your messages with deadshot that YOU are trying removing all traces of wk and trying to change the colour.

The pair of you are clearly implicated.

 

I want to address the accusations against me openly and honestly. I acknowledge that my actions were not innocent. I attempted to make a quick profit by reselling software I knew was stolen, which was wrong. However, I want to clarify several points based on the full context of the situation.

Firstly, I take full responsibility for my actions. They were not ethical, and I admit that I should have done more to stop DeadShot after deciding to withdraw from the scheme. Despite my initial ill intentions, I did come to my senses and ceased my involvement long before any sales took place.

Secondly, I want to make it clear that DeadShot's sales were not affiliated with myself or Carver's Crucible (CC). I received no payment for those sales and consistently told DeadShot that I wanted no involvement or compensation. The file I modified was not the version that was eventually distributed; and of that file that I modified, I only changed a string and a color value, which in turn broke the resulting .jar file.

I also want to address the evidence being used against me. DeadShot's PC was compromised and ratted by a user who then shared this information with you. This has resulted in private DMs containing sensitive user information, including real names, private documents, customer emails, and passwords, being circulated. My main concern is the privacy and security of this data, as it includes thousands of private DMs and affects users completely innocent to my transgressions.

After the incident, CC and I severed all ties with DeadShot, as he violated our worker Terms of Service. We no longer have any contact with him.

In addition, as mentioned in your second image, I did have one user message me who I referred to DeadShot, telling them to "Contact DeadShot." However, this user never purchased the software, as is evident from the chat logs that you have. This was my one and only involvement with "distributing" the cracked software.

In summary, my actions were wrong, and I took too long to make the right decision. I am sorry for my involvement, and I should have made smarter decisions. However, to claim that I cracked and redistributed your software is false. I did not engage in the sale or distribution of the cracked software, and the one change I made to the file was never part of any transaction.

The direct messages where his staff are spamming people look like they are all by deadshot. This does not change the fact that Carver himself was red lining his pea brain trying to crack my software so he can make profit out of it.

Carver shows that he was intentionally trying to deceive the sythe community when he talks about creating an alt account/server called dysconnect to sell the plugins through to try stop it leading back to his main account.

The only reason Carver is so apologetic is because he got caught.
