cant change back to old name?

I accidentally changed to a stupid 3 letter and it won't let me change back to the previous name? why is that and how do i change back to my old name?
this is really stupid.

 

Has it been more than 35 days since you changed the name? If so, the name was released and probably taken by someone else.

 

After changing your name, you either need to wait 30 days to change it again, or buy a bond and redeem it for a name change. Bonds are about 10m in ge right now

 

Thank you, I bought a bond and changed back to my old name using the web name change.
Now It looks like I just got the name because of the stupid 3 letter old name haha.
I've had it since the last name release.

I think after 30-35 days the "previously known as" will go away and you'll only have the current display name.
