GL, I believe crackers are 1k+ irl cash. The items received from the cracker are random. There are no guarantees you will get a Phat. You might get a bucket, while the puller could get a blue party hat.

I'm assuming you want someone to pull on you because you don't have the mills to buy a phat. In all out honesty, it would be cheaper better to just buy around 500m, and more safe.

 

It's impossible for the person getting pulled on to get the phat (anti-rwt move by jagex)
