Best way to sell an RS account (seller protection)?

I never sold an account, but I plan to. What is the best way of doing this to protect myself from false claims in the future? I'm the OO.

    There are basically 3 options:
    1. Selling the account by just letting the person set a new password
    2. Selling the account by letting the person set a new email to the account, but don't give them any other account information
    3. Selling the account with all information and letting them change the contact email address
Option 1 doesn't seem possible, they could just claim I changed the password and force me to pay any false claim of wealth on the account. If I showed that there were no emails sent to my email account, they could always claim I deleted them, couldn't they?

I figured if I sold it via option 2 there would be another issue. Since the contact email can be changed freely, wouldn't the buyer be able to falsely claim that the account was recovered?

If I sold it via option 3 I would be completely vulnerable to false recovery claims, wouldn't I? Couldn't the buyer just take screenshots of lots of "wealth" being on the account a day before he recovers it himself and remove the wealth and then claim it was recovered by me and therefore force me to repay it? This applies to all option 2 as well, but this time a successful recovery attempt can be made.

If somebody knowledgable could give me their input it would be really appreciated. If there's any confirmation method that secures the seller it would be nice to know.

How is the ruling on this matter? With my current knowledge it sounds too easy to make false claims that the account was stripped of its wealth.

    I will make this simple.

People will not buy accounts if they cannot have all of the details required to recover the account.
    - First password / old password
    - Old email
    - Creation Date
    - ISP used to create
    - Old recoveries
    - Location of the account
    - Transaction ID / Receipts of membership purchases

All of that type of information will be requested by people. It is up to you what you wish to provide, but people won't buy an
account they don't feel comfortable with.

Now how do you protect yourself?

Well, the only way to protect yourself is to imply a horrible terms of service. Usually includes things like

    - Not being responsible for locked account that can't be unlocked
    - Not responsible for account being recovered (if not original owner)
    - Not being responsible for account being 'hacked' and loss of items (usually owner recovers account lol)
    - No refund policy or partial refund policy (usually owner recovers account)

Basically, the only way to make yourself safe is to make the buyer 100% unsafe.

Of course this is all written as if both parties intended to scam lol
