Best Place to Bot Fletching

I know this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find a recent updated thread. So with that I ask:

What is currently the best place to bot fletching with the lowest chance of getting banned?

 

The island you get void on ? In the bank seems to be popular

 

Location doesn't really matter honestly. You'll get found if you're botting.

Watched a J-Mod on stream ban someone all the way out in Nardah. You're not safe anywhere.

Bans can come anytime from anywhere.

Well I'm pretty sure botting in pest control has a higher ban rate as opposed to botting in.. lets say ardy. So I'm just wondering if theres any specific place that ISNT entirely safe, but has a better possibility of taking a long while before getting banned. And also, is it preferable to bot in a well-populated world or a non-populated?

I'd go with w1 VWest like some are saying, but i need to ask... Why bot fletching in the first place? It's already an EXTREMELY easy 99

 

Because I have other priorities compared to spending my time fletching. Plus, I won't just be doing this on one account

There are no grand exchange in 07

my original spot was CAM as well, but in a non-populated world. got banned 2 days ago lol
