Best equipment for a 1 def pure for training?

What is the best equipment for training ranged on a 1 def pure?
Also when training melee?
Mage?

 

When training melee, the obvious would be full iron?

 

Well in members there is obviously better stat giving equipment than just full iron....

 

actually most member 1 def pures just wear iron with black dhide chaps

No but you can have other stat enhancing items such as, zamorak book, adamant gloves, climbing boots, zerker ring, fury, etc

anything else just get maxed mage bonus 4 it so like monks robes lol

 

Full iron with black d´hide chaps and Addy gloves.
For mage you need to Stun - Alch: -65 mage min to fail every stun.
Full iron;
No amulet;
Iron boots;
Black d´hide vambs;
Mystic Mud Staff.
