Best bow for training rangers?

Thats what i thougt, but in another forum a guy was adamant that was THE best range xp, hence the question.

 

Dude chins are the best exp in the game.. But lathas is single combat and the whole pint of chins is that they hit up to 8 monsters at a time.. So There is no point using them at Lathas. Best exp in the game thats not chins would be iron knives, zammy book, ranger ammy, ranger set, void armour, range potted using void. Void rapes hard for range.. I chinned 94-99range using void and did one trip in full arma with zammy book and ranger set and I got better exp per hour using void. If you look at tipits AOW chin guide the guy got better exp using void and he chinned till 200m range EXP!

Cannon and MSB with bronze arrows at rock crabs. Bronze arrows cuts down what you are losing from the cannon and it is generally good XP.
