Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

A member of staff that I had in my employ at the time "Esketit" decided to go ahead and scam multiple members of my discord community that I had worked hard to build. I had worked exceptionally hard to build a reputation for myself and at the time I was devastated to hear of what had happened. I immediately logged into my account at 3am my local time and gave all of my wealth for everyone that I could that was affected. At the time there were a few that were missed.

I was in conversation with Veng at the time who I felt didn't listen to my points regarding my ToS, where the liability for certain claims laid etc. For that reason and a lot of personal circumstances I decided to delete the server and cut ties, something which I have not been able to shake off my head for all of this time.

I built a great reputation for myself as you can tell by my many vouches and over 100 active users at the time in my server.

in hindsight I should of acted in a better way but my points were not being listened to. I prided myself on conducting my business in an exceptional manner and always went above and beyond to assist not only customers but other service providers too.

I'm truly remorseful for what happened and would appreciate the opportunity to make amends for what happened.

I forgot to add this to my original post, my apologies! the reason that I believe I should be pardoned is that I personally didn't conduct any shady business and didn't scam anyone. I ran a legitimate business providing services for customers that I built up just by myself. I even remember my first service that I did. A full set of void with all helmets for an ironman. I have assessed over the time I've been away where I went wrong and will not allow it to happen again.

The user in the post openly stated that I paid well in excess of the service cost, mainly out of guilt as I felt bad for what the member of staff did. My ToS were unfortunately very clear and that we didn't take liability for people's personal items which were not connected to services. I personally do not feel that I should take liability, I will however leave this to your discretion. If you want I can supply you with my discord so that we can discuss this?
