[APPROVED] Refresh the CS:GO Selling and Services Rules

I'd like the CSGO sticky to be changed since for most other markets we do require proof but for this one it's still not required, only requested. Please update those sections so proof is required aswell.

CS:GO boosting and other services belong in this section. Please post picture proof of your rank when offering a boosting service.

If the service you offer is outsourced or done by someone other than you, you MUST inform the buyer either through your Terms of Service or in Skype/PM. Failure to follow this rule would be grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.

Pictures are having their own ideas, but they work for me. :/

 

Although I don't care so much for CSGO anymore, I think all markets should be very clearly marked as what is necessary, not just plain text as it is right now, so support.
