[Approved] Change up the positioning of discord ranks

A simple change to the formatting of the ranks, as of right now we still allow DNT users or users who are banned to advertise third party in such cases with people like @Gladiator

A lot of people have thrown around "new user this, new user that" well this should be pretty simple to understand and change up if so. You got to think of the amount of users at least in the market discord that click on the help section and see these people and their information, as I know it still stands out on my side and for me at least is very offputting because it's still allowing them to advertise

Before anyone questions it, i am simply just pointing out Gladiator as a example. There are multiple users doing exactly the same or have exactly the same even if they are not aware of this. As you can see it's the same for @Semp and @MarcusGold in the picture below






Now I am also going to throw the "trade with caution" situation in there as well, you want genuine members, not showing members who have quite clearly done something wrong/shady as the top of your memberlist of who we should be looking at



Now whilst again TWC is not the same entirely, it is still a punishment and I don't feel they should be able to show at the top of the discords ranks below moderators but above say donor ranks like we do in the community discord and such. A simple fix could be have the ranks there still, but don't have them "separated" from the rest of the ranks, instead leave them in the same spot as the rest.

I'm not sure enabled it that way, but you are allowing them to advertise without HAVING to advertise on the forums, or anywhere in fact. Still bringing customers to them

This is the current lineup. They are pretty far down the list already. I personally wouldn't put them under verified user because that list is flooded (currently 388) and it is important for users to see who they should be cautious of. As for the advertising; if someone chooses to trust the advertising of someone who is under Do Not Trade or Trade with Caution, that is on them.

 

I agree with the above post. Leave it as is, if people decide to trade with DNT users that’s one them. I think they’re up that high for visibility. Stupid suggestion. No support.

 

Left the discord due to it being a clownfiesta, but having DNT users actually somewere noticeable is a good thing no? So you know who not to trade.

Thought the positioning was messed up aswell but having read this and checked it myself I think it's fine as is, just for the love of God stop giving people DNT ranks just for fun no matter their consent. Not sure if this is still being done, but it used to be done all the time atleast.

 

I can see DNT was moved more downwards, thank you to which ever lovely moderator/admin did this appreciate it

I understand they are still part of the community, but allowing obvious advertisement space is just meh and not helping them learn, but profit instead
