I am here appealing this ruling as I believe there was information left out that was the determining factor for this ruling. He is claiming a veteran deathmatcher brought an illegal item (barrows gloves) to a deathmatch that was specifically asked not to. [Redacted]

This is a gif of me speaking to the individual making the report BEFORE the fight took place informing him what items are required to be brought for the deathmatch.

This shows that when incidents occur we as the Middlemen/Staff have the ability to make the fairest decision towards both parties. It was very clear that there was a misunderstanding between two parties so I offered a very fair resolution by asking that we rematch the stake all together or to refund both parties and move along. It is very clear by his response that he came into our cc with malicious intention of seeking disqualifications unfairly with the threat of reporting on Sythe if we didn't allow him to get an unfair disqualification based off miscommunication.
The opponent that was fighting our veteran dmer golf was also [Redacted] significantly at a disadvantage with stats down 8 attack and 13 defence. In this situation why would a veteran dmer risk a disqualification by cheating barrows gloves when he already has an overwhelming advantage.

 

Hey there, sorry for the delay. I'm going to close this dispute as @AdamGG (OP of that report) claimed that there was a lot of misunderstanding between him and his friend regarding the situation and that everything was fully resolved, so to re-confirm this situation has been fully resolved and there's no debt associated to Elite DM from this report.
