Alching maple longbows (u) ????

How to make profit from them? Or a lil loss? They are 80 in G.E, they alch for 198, nats are 197. Maple log are 40 so that's still 40K loss per 1K alchs.

There is a 99 mage thread up with a guy claiming he made profit over it.

 

You can Make profit but most of the items that Make profit are items like Rune Hatchets that only allow 400 Hatchets per 4 Hours.

You could also try Alchprice It comes up with some Profitable items.

99 Mage is profitable but alchs are hard to get.

Use that to find what is profitable to alch.

As you see, Yew longbow (u) isn't on there.

 

Some things would profit greatly through alching. It's just that a bunch of people are too lazy to make their own nats.

 

I alched maple longbows (u) no matter what the cost. Can buy in bulk and you don't lose that much.
