Best place to train p2p 1 def pure?

I was thinking, thinking, and decided to ask here

I created this 1 def pure less than a week ago, it has the following stats and quests done:

57 Attack
33 strength (working on this after MM)
46 hp
1 defence
54 ranged
26 mage
44 prayer

Waterfall done
Troll stronghold done
Death plateu done
Grand tree done
Tree gnome village done
Fight arena done
Horror from the deep done

Atm, I'm training attack by Multilogging on this account and other one with 95 hp, high lvl account in Combat ring or Duel arena. I just get the 95 hp account full inv of food, no arm and attack it with my pure until runs out of food..

I'm getting like 20k'ish att xp / h.. and I was wondering, maybe I could do better somewhere at some monsters?
I'm capable of wasting any amount of cash, just need fast FAST xp

Not too sure about nowadays, but I'm pretty sure rock crabs are the best training NPC in runescape for lower levels.

 

ok dude um if ur p2p or f2p i advise hill giants but u need food if ur meleing (i get my money back when i just use trout) just collect everything they drop i do this with my str/pray pure (40 atk 41 str 20 prayer 1 def 1 mage 1 range)...... make about 2-4k every trip possibly more..... for p2p do rockcrabs all the way but u will need to bring food cuz they do hit u every once in a while if ur wearing full iron or less (dragon hide works the best) so just wear ur blue dragon hide

 

Rock crabs are good since you can afk train or once your get bit higher stats you can use experiments.

 

I just need to get 3 more att lvls so I could wield d scimmy Then training will be easy... well at least easier than now, training att with only 33 str ;D

Yeah rock crabs are about the best. Or waste your life at soul wars and go around pwnting the freeloaders, and using your zeal on the desired skill.. i still think rock crabs though.

 

im training my str pure (combat 35 atm) at the chaos druids in edgeville dungeon.... good training and lots of cash... around 50k per invo if u take the 1k+ herbs... so ya u make lots of cash and pretty good xp.... hope this helped =]
