After reviewing the evidence provided in this report and the ticket transcripts on the server that @Clearly Killing It handled I have come to the final ruling for this report.


Regarding the $240 active order for the 10 accounts being serviced:

• The $240 that @Clearly Killing It paid @Fur3oon Services to train his accounts will need to be refunded. This was an active order and was canceled by @Fur3oon Services and the service was never completed. However, the account details for the accounts being serviced were sent to two separate workers, and from what I am able to see in the ticket transcript/evidence on this report, @Fur3oon Services was not given the details for these accounts. I cannot say with 100% certainty who attached the emails on these accounts so @Fur3oon Services will not be required to provide any compensation for the accounts themselves.

• I had previously referenced a prior ruling regarding the deposit, but after reviewing additional evidence that @Clearly Killing It had completed more than one infernal cape order while working for @Fur3oon Services. This leaves @Fur3oon Services open to liability should anything happen to the other customer's accounts as @Clearly Killing It admits to utilizing bots to complete services. Since there is still the potential of future liability due to @Clearly Killing It's actions, the deposit of $600 will not be required to be refunded.

In conclusion, @Fur3oon Services will be allowed to keep the deposit of $600, but will need to refund @Clearly Killing It $240 for the active order that he canceled and did not complete.

@Clearly Killing It please provide @Fur3oon Services with the method you wish to have the refund issued.

 

@Clearly Killing It - The decision regarding the accounts will stand as with the ongoing dispute between the two of you, either one of you could have changed the email address.

Please leave your BTC address that you would like the $240 to be refunded to here.

 

This ruling is final.

One of the determining factors as to why the deposit was able to be withheld was the fact that @Fur3oon Services now has future liability for any of the accounts that you've touched due to your actions. For clarity, I have discussed this with other staff and they can leave their opinions here if they choose to do so as well.

@Clearly Killing It / @Drew09 / @Clarked has been issued a 3 month ban for scamming. All of the accounts will remain with a DNT and he will need to request a pardon to return to the market.
