    I will try to keep this as straight forward as possible by breaking down each aspect of this report below;


    15 compromised accounts:

    @Clearly Killing It you mentioned in the original post on this report that the accounts were prior serviced by @Fur3oon Services:
    This leads me back to my original stance on the accounts:
    There were additional chatlogs between the two of you that were provided, in which @Fur3oon Services said something that could suggest that he did take ownership of one of the accounts in question:
    "First, the account was taken as I replaced the account owner with the inferno and quiver"
    However, this could be explained as "the account was taken" (the account was banned), and "as I replaced the account owner with the inferno and quiver" (he had to replace the customer's banned account that he ordered the inferno and quiver on by compensating him with the refund). This could also be taken at face value that @Fur3oon Services did in fact take ownership of the account, gave it to the customer, and this would explain why @Fur3oon Services is unable to produce a chatlog regarding the $273.10 USDT refund that he stated he issued to the customer. However, in the same chatlog @Fur3oon Services denies several times (before and after the above statement) having any involvement in the hijacking of the accounts, so I would not be able to explicitly say who attached an email on the account, and securing the account after the services were completed would have prevented this entire aspect of this report.


    $580 in service fees:

    This has been addressed in the points above. You confirmed several times that the accounts were prior serviced by @Fur3oon Services and given these statements, @Fur3oon Services will not be held liable for any supplies you provided or any service fees you paid.


    $600 Deposit:

    There is sufficient evidence that 450m 07 was refunded to the customer.
    However, @Fur3oon Services if you are unable to provide any chatlogs of the customer agreeing to be refunded $273.10, this will not be included in the amount deemed to have been refunded.

    $600 - $90 (450m 07 x .20/m) = $510.

    I am going to base this part of the ruling on the most recent precedent regarding withholding a worker's deposit and the fact that there were no terms of service regarding this deposit; deposits are not meant to be used as profit.

    @Fur3oon Services please refund @Clearly Killing It $510 of the deposit that was not used to reimburse the customer. You have been issued a DNT until this debt is repaid to @Clearly Killing It, as this is a significant amount of debt owed. I would strongly advise screen recording the refund and keeping the proper documentation of it to prevent any further issues here.

    @Clearly Killing It you have also been issued a DNT for scamming, as per your own admission of utilizing bots to complete services on customer accounts, despite the customers being told the services would be done by hand. Please confirm here if/when you have received the refund.

    The accounts that were suspended by me to the worker have been calculated in this order. One of the 10 emails exceeded two days of work, and most of them exceeded 60 magic and ranged. Payment was made to the workers for the remaining balance of the work they had completed on those accounts, which ranges to 1B of the work

    So the 10th account that was being serviced was the only account not completed and delivered to @Clearly Killing It when it was discovered that he was using bots to service customer accounts?

    All accounts were compromised, none of the accounts were completed. Accounts were low 50-60 ranged with no other notable stats when I last checked before they had emails registered to them by Fur3oon. I have since deleted these accounts from my accounts list because they are of no use anymore.

    No, sir The first ten accounts were serviced, delivered to him. The second ticket included another 10 accounts. When it was discovered that he was using bots, the ticket was canceled. However, the accounts had already been leveled to 60 Ranged and 60 Magic, which is estimated to be worth 1 billion 07 gp in value worth of work. and he completely wiped the data.

    Perfectly acceptable. Although there is still the $240 for the incomplete service to be addressed. I would like to be paid back via my original payment method. BTC or LTC. Thank you @Zulu for at least getting some of my money back.

    This could be screenshots of the accounts levels from the workers, payment receipts made to the workers, and ticket transcripts of the conversations regarding the workers being paid.

    I was given access to the ticket "other-0028" which contained the transcript for the order of 10 level 3 accounts that were to be trained from 1-75 range and 1-70 magic.

    @Clearly Killing It @Fur3oon Services - Please review the timeline and key points I have outlined below and let me know if everything is correct.


    @Fur3oon Services quoted a price of $240 (150m per account, valued at .16/m)
    @Clearly Killing It agreed and sent $240 BTC.

    @Fur3oon Services deducted the payment for this service from @Clearly Killing It's wallet balance as he had not received the BTC payment at this point in time. Once the $240 BTC payment was received it should have brought @Clearly Killing It's wallet balance back to 3362m 07.

    Six accounts were supplied with 20m 07 for bonds and supplies.

    Three accounts were trained to 40 magic. The workers were informed at this point that the order was canceled due to @Fur3oon Services suspecting @Clearly Killing It to have been using bots to complete services on customer accounts on other tickets.

    The remainder of the ticket is @Clearly Killing It and @Fur3oon Services, along with a couple of other workers going back and forth about @Clearly Killing It using bots to service customers' accounts.


    Key points:
    • @Clearly Killing It's wallet balance should be 3362m 07 (x.16/m = $537.92)
    • After deducting what has been proven to have been refunded to the customer, @Clearly Killing It's deposit should be $510 ($600 - $90)
    • 3/10 accounts were trained from 1-40 magic before the order was canceled

    2. I was not paid as far as I was aware, maybe 150m added to my wallet.
    3. There was a lot of information to unpack for me, and the deposit of $600 was converted into wallet balance via .14 gp rate. A little over 4 billion should be the total wallet, he deducted some for some services while my BTC wallet was on limit (1 billion or so). He should have added the gp back to the wallet as I paid him, but it looks like he didn’t.

    I am still stuck at work and cannot verify much at this time, but I will do my best.

    he agreed to 5000 x .12, and I sent him $600 via BTC. So it was around 5billion when we started, and should have stayed around that because I haven’t used any of it.

    It was $600 at the rate of .12/m = 5B, as he asked for 5B deposit and those were rates at the time. As for the 255m, let me check on this, I believe it was for both capes. Let me double check to be sure/verify if I can.

    One pure: 255m - Never checked if it was placed into wallet TBH
    One Main: 150m? I can't be sure about this one, going completely off memory- It was all via ticket. And payment was never verified because this is the same night as I was "caught" by fur3oon.
