    Explanation of the trade:
    So to start off Peanut Services himself has been helpful and replys when i message. although hasnt been able to assist me with this side of the trade. one of his Workers ( Fazeel ) quoted to get me 65-85 thieving and 60-88 smithing in " 3-4 Days " as you will see in the screenshot below. i took this order on him saying this time frame yet right now i believed he has lied just to get me to pay for the job. we are now on day 7 and hes still 3 Thieving levels to complete my order. i did ask multiple times through out that i wanted a refund and the order to be stopped but Okami one of the admins said once the order starts its not allowed for refund.

    i dont understand how i was not able to get refunded for the xp he didnt get and stop this service. the guy literally lied to me and said 3-4 days and we have now finished day 7 and hes still some xp away.
    Also at one point the guy didnt respond for so long and iv not had any message back from them i the last 2 days. at one point the guy said " sorry was out riding my bike " but my account was logged in gaining xp.

    i just think this service from start to finish as been terrible but like i said i have Nothing against peanut himself. Its the worker whos been awful and Okami for being no help other than saying " No refunds " yet its not my fault the worker is 3-4 days behind what he said and still xp to go.

    Timeline is not guaranteed but if you think it’s 3-4 days atleast keep it close to that as possible NOT 8 Days. Also. If there was issues other than the 1battery issue that lasted a couple hours. Then you should have told me. Yes Iv been waiting to pay for the halo I also left the coins on the account yet he didn’t take so il be paying for that. That doesn’t take away the fact your timelines are absolutely awfully wrong and only took the job on out of greed and knowing you wouldn’t complete in 3-4 days. It’s just bad practice nothing personal.

    For clarification you never said it had to be done in 4 days or you wouldn’t order you just asked what it would take and the worker said 4 days which I told you before is their best estimate. Had you had said it has to be 4 days I would have told you again we don’t offer that promise as I already told you once in the ticket. That being said had he said 4 days and it only took 2 days you wouldn’t be paying extra right. But either way you proceeded regardless of previous warnings.

    He said 3-4 days and to the best of my knowledge you wouldn’t say a time if that’s what you think it would take. He clearly took this job on knowing full well it wasn’t going to take 3-4 days and he didn’t went to turn a job down so he got paid. FACTS

    I’m also not trying to get anyone in trouble I’m just stating it’s poor practice. peanut himself is nothing but polite and never had any issues with. I just found Okami very blunt and didn’t want to even try and help. And the worker going MIA with not posting pictures like he said he would every level.

    I just have a problem with people treating workers like they aren’t human. Especially we they expect something I already told them we don’t offer. Then complain about not getting it. Had you been decent about it and I had not warned you already we probably would have refunded you but after the way you have talked about and treated our worker. This is the best you deserve from us.

    Then tell me information that it’s going to be slow. And you can’t say “ I treat your worker like he isn’t human “ this is his Job. If something is wrong tell me. Don’t just go quiet and drag the job 4-5 days longer than quoted.

    It’s his job to complete the work not provide you a perfect timely. Calm down Karen. I told you we don’t do timelines yet you ordered again. Now your upset sounds like you could have just not ordered. We would of been perfectly fine if you did.

    I’m surprised you still have a job with peanut. You have no manners and never have. Like I said DO NOT even say a time line if you are not going to be close to this estimate. This job was taken because he didn’t want to say no to it knowing he wouldn’t mean the suggested time line.

    @TBE you still have not done what I asked for.

    That being said, people are human and some situations may come up in life which may keep them away from their responsibilities.

    Everything you have complained about are listed in their terms of service which you agreed to that i will provide below. (Asking for a refund after an order is started, and a complaint about an order taking longer than the time stated, even though you had been warned previously about the subject)

    Terms of service #5 - "Once we have started your order, no refunds will be granted except under extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate only by Peanut."

    Terms of service #8 - "We are not obliged to provide deadlines/timeframes and if we do then it will be an estimate. We will always complete your order as soon as possible!"
