3- you offered installing the source code on the weekend, yet its the weekend and you never even reply

2- Im selling the code for 1/10 the price they sell it + They don't own the rights to the said code so anyone is allowed to sell it if they do their own changes upon it. I never, ever claimed the code was made 100% by me.

3- I have a life besides helping kids on the internet. I told you the "weekend" yet you kept spamming me during the work days.
During the "Work days" people, believe it or not, work a fucking irl job. If i say "I'll install the site for you this weekend, that doesnt mean thursday.

4 - this makes absolutely no fucking sense.

5- Even if i sent you the code 3 days later, there are no refunds exactly for this very reason. You bought the code + my time. You wasted my time and then you asked for a refund.
+ You asked for a partial refund because you "owed someone but will send them back in a few days."

6- phone shows its connected to a wifi network.. great job detective, now tell me does wifi only work inside a house?

I don't understand wheres the scam part tbh.
He bought the code -> he got the code.
He asked for $50 refund -> he has to pay $50 again if he wants installation.

Contacted him via discord, waiting for him to hold his part of the deal which is to install it for 50$ and provide fix's for the issue (trying to solve this dispute friendly)

 

Our agreement was: installation during the weekend for $50. You asked for $50 refund and you got it.

All things considered (you spamming me during the work days, calling me a scammer, expecting me to do something for you without paying me for it, making false accusations on forum about me, spamming my sales thread, etc...) I have no obligation to install this script for you nor I have the obligation to fix any issues you have with the code, but here:

Regarding the fixes: You were promised to receive all future updates I make and you will get them when they're implemented.
Regarding the installation: I can install the script for you - if you pay me for it & when I catch some free time.

Hi. I've went over the discussion about this specific code with multiple staff members on multiple other forums and I can prove the code im selling is not stolen or cracked once again here, it's not a problem.

I can't issues a refund since I've given the code + spent plenty of my time on helping this young lad by answering his questions etc.
If you open the refund option to the buyer, isn't it kind of obvious what the buyer will choose?

What I can do is talk to him as im doing right now and figure the best way to get him the installation he wants without going through this whole process again.

 

The code I'm selling is a modified publicly available version of win5x code made by playin-team in 2016/2017.
I have fixed multple bugs, added tons of cutom code, fixed the crypto payment gateway, etc... (made the website actually work).
In short, what I'm selling is modified code + future updates + my time + installation + installation guide that I wrote myself.

All of this can be read on my discord server.

The reason why KDOTX claims this code is cracked, nulled, stolen or whatever is because Phoenix gambling managed to claim the playin-team domain (similar how runechat claimed most of the old rs casino domains) and now they're pretending to be original devs of the win5x script.

I did the exactly same thing as phoenix gambling did (I actually made changes to the said code unlike phoenix gambling.) but I don't charge 2k for the code and I don't have my own website for it.


This "scam" report is just KDOTX's sad and desperate attempt to get the said code for free.

Why am I saying this? Well maybe because he asked me to refund him $100 the same second he sent me the original $250.
He claimed he owed someone the $250 and that he would pay me the $100 back during the weekend.
He later admitted that was a lie.

He can get the installation but I can't issues a refund. Anyone with half a brain can see what this guy is trying to do.

I can give proof Phoenix gambling is in fact a scamming group that doesn't own any of the code in question. However I will need time to contact people who worked with them.

 

You would not install it, i felt that im being ripped off, you don't answer my questions yet you bump your thread every 3 hours, its obvious i will feel like im being scammed, put your self in my shoes....if you will install it and everything functions correctly i am happy to drop this matter (installing it today as promised) if not il delete all the files and i will proceed to void the agreement and kindly ask for a refund!

 

As I mentioned before, Phoenix gambling took the code, put their logo/other stuff in and then claimed the code as theirs.

The "license" in question is nothing but a css bs since the code works with or without it - Aka it's a fake licence they added to make it seem more believeable. Similar how scam webshops add fake timer countdown on hot sales.

I could've removed all that crap if i wanted to pretend I made the 100% of the code but I didnt since I don't want to deceive my buyers. All this info is on my discord btw.

I WANT people to know about phoenix - since they're the reason I started this whole sale thing. The casino software market is filled with garbage such as them and I'm trying to educate people about the scams that are happening.

Another scamming website. Check what they're selling. Win5x scripts filled with drainers. They have a website and they also have their little "license keys" added to the code.

"Phoenix Gambling" is not a legal entity. It's not a company or anything.
It's simply a name those scammers from russia took to sound more professional.

Playin-team develops win5x -> Phoenix takes the code and adds bunch of css to make it look like they made the code -> someone buys the code off them and posts it online since phoenix doesn't own the copyright to it -> I take the code and start building upon it while selling it for 1/10 the phoenix price.


In short:
Playin-team code = phoenix code (since they simply took the original code and pasted their logo on it)
Phoenix code =/= my code. (the only similarity being me not removing their logos and fake license)

 

I have not reached a resolution with the seller, i paid the extra 50$ for installation, yet he claims he won't do it today which he promised to do over the weekend, i want to proceed with voiding the agreement for a refund of full payment 200$ LTC

I only agreed to you cause you were holding my 50$ hostage, the 50$ u said u will install today, yet you told me you will not be installing today, which is breach of our initial agreement, so that voids the agreement, you owe me 200$
