Which violation you are reporting the user for: Spreading false information to get me banned from multiple plugin providing discord servers.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: They're spreading information and pictures of half-complete tickets to make it look like I am deobbing their plugins and cracking them, resulting in me getting banned from servers for no reason.


To start from the beginning..

I was interested in a player scout bot so I looked in a few Discord servers that I was in and saw that HydraTech was offering a plugin for it, so I decided to make a ticket and ask them about it and for the features and such, where Kylee replied and gave me the information, pictures etc. Which I then replied to that I would think about it as I was sure there had to be others providing the same type of scout bot, since they're all runelite plugins. They closed my ticket and didn't give me any information on why they closed it, but that's that and I am leaving it to that.

The next day I woke up and made a new ticket to ask for the pictures they sent me in the previous ticket as I couldn't see them in the transcript that was provided by their Discord bot, I then went on and asked if the value (2.3m Risk) was with or without skull included, Kylee replied and said that the bot does not keep in mind if the player is skulled or not, so then I had to think about it and they ended up closing the ticket without providing me any information on why they closed the ticket.

I went to do my things and went to the gym for a few hours and ended up coming back being banned from their server for apparently wasting their time. I simply asked for information and pictures, which I don't think is wasting time since they don't include any information in their channels at all, so they're forcing people to ask them for information on their plugins.

I ended up mentioning Clax in a different Discord server, which I believe was "Cuell Plugins" and he basically ended up bringing the drama over there, sure I did mention him there but I couldn't message him or add him as friend on Discord (to contact him). So I had to mention him to be able to send him a message, he then instead publicly posted the DM conversation I had with him on the Discord server (Cuell Plugins), a few people started laughing and insulting me (Failed4life and a few others), for literally no reason as they weren't even involved with the situation.

I ended up getting banned from the Cuell plugins Discord and GanomSoftware.
I told Failed4Life that I would evade his Discord server ban anyway and he replied with "Then we'll revoke your license and keep your money" which I then replied to with "then I'll get your plugin cracked for scamming me", which sure is a threat but keep in mind that it was a response to him saying that he'd take my money and scam me basically.

After I was banned from Cuell Plugins and GanomSoftware Discord servers, I got banned from about 8 other discords at the same exact time as they apparently use a discord global ban bot that all the servers use.

I ended up sending Kylee a message asking why his (Clax) dumb admin was getting me banned from other servers while they weren't involved with the issue. He then replied saying that he was the one banning me from all the servers.

and he started making jokes like a 10 year old, so I returned the favor:

I then ended up telling a few developers from other plugins that I had issues going on with HydraTech and was hoping that it wouldn't cause any issues with them, which i was apparently wrong about.

I made a ticket on UG Plugins or already had one open but I mentioned that I had issues with HydraTech and Imno (UG Plugins) basically ended up adding Kylee to the ticket, where he started with something along the lines of: "welcome to blabla, the issue center how can i help you today?"
and then he started being a 10 year old kid again asking me how his balls tasted and making some weird ligma and sugondese jokes from back in 2018. I replied with some insults back and we kept going back and forth. He then ended up just leaving the ticket as he didn't want to waste his time.
ImNo asked how Kylee's Balls tasted and I ended up replying with "Ask your mother she's on them right now" and I ended up leaving his Discord server (UG Plugins) as he was clearly siding with Kylee on the matter.

Then some person called Jim ended up banning me from a few more servers (ThePlug?) and basically they tried getting me banned from Squire today as well by sending a half-complete picture of a ticket I had open in the UG plugins discord server.

which is out of context, as ImNo said he wanted $10000 for the source of a custom made scout bot plugin, which I then replied to with I won't pay $10k as It's just deobbing Runescape's client and it's not worth $10k. But as you see in the picture, only half the messages are shown to make it look like my intention was to Deob their plugins, which it was not.


Hopefully these users can be dealt with as they're spreading false info and ofcourse people believe them as they have "reputation" over someone who does not.

@xKylee your plugins are advertised on Sythe, It's also weird how you mentioned that you did not read the report cause it was too long, yet you replied with a image i posted trying to insult me?

@xKylee, you're forgetting that that was a response to Failed4Life's message saying he would revoke my license and keep my money, that would be scamming which I believe is against Sythe's Terms too

I'll be happy to address your points about Hydra-Tech and my actions in this situation.

You requested information on our scouting plugin, and this was provided on more than one occasion. Additionally, you enquired about our Auto TB Freezer plugin, after you realised we do not offer competitor client compatibility, you decided we were not the provider for you (see screenshot below), and that's absolutely fine.

This ticket was closed shortly afterward. You then made an additional ticket 2 days later, asking more questions about the scouter and our Essentials package, after we provided more information and responses, you appeared to be further confirming how you really had no interest in purchasing our products unless we offered a fully automated pking bot (see screenshot below), which again is absolutely fine.

Given that during your time in the Hydra Tech server you've opened 7 tickets, and made 0 purchases, the decision was made to remove you, to save both our time and yours.

You then sent me a few messages directly, which I decided to ignore. Normally if someone chooses to not respond to their direct messages that should be an indication to just leave it there. However, you then felt it was necessary to ping me in a competitor server, to notify me to look at my DMs. So I made the decision to post your messages for all to see in the server, where yes, as you pointed out, you were mocked by others. You made comments about cracking which resulted in your removal from many other plugin-related servers.

It seems to be a common issue with you guys that you're taking messages out of context on purpose to display someone in the wrong.

You mentioned that I would only buy Hydra once you guys have a Full automated pk bot, but that is not true.

You said I should use your plugins and said "hydra 4 lyf" yourself,
to which I then replied that I can't say "Hydra 4 life" until I see a full automated pk bot from you guys, which does not INDICATE anyhow that I didn't want to buy your scout bot.

To be clear, you are not and have never been subscribed to GanomSoftware, so I banned you because I have no interest in even possibly dealing with you in the future as a potential customer because you are very problematic. You stated that you would ban evade to subscribe if you wanted to, which is against TOS and would result in your license being removed and you would not be eligible for a refund... that is correct and is the same for every plugin discord out there and to make matters worse, you "threatened" to crack our plugins, which again violates TOS and immediately warrants a ban. Breaking TOS and getting punished for it is not "being scammed"

You're correct, you can ban me for breaking your TOS. you can revoke my license for breaking your TOS, but you can't keep my money at the same time. That's still scamming, If you think it's not, that's your problem.

My reply was simply a response to you saying that you would keep my money AFTER banning me & revoking my license, which would be scamming. Maybe Google will help you rethink your answer.

I can write whatever I want and whenever I want, If I didn't break any rules there's no reason to try and make people believe that I did. I didn't crack your trash plugins and neither have I attempted to. So there's nothing here to claim, the simple fact is that you're trying to (or well have) gotten me banned from multiple discords for just replying to a message that you wrote first.

On top of that you're(maybe not you directly but the others involved) faking information by providing half conversation screenshots, letting messages be taken out of context and making it look like I've threatened to deob plugins when this was never the case (referring to UG Plugins ticket picture: https://i.imgur.com/wWeX1Bd.png).

He was just blatently time wasting/complaining (Without being a subscriber) and then started ranting about xKylee in our ticket.

EDIT: Ape contacted me mentioning his intentions were not to waste time.
I can't speak for other channel admins but about my ticket it sounded sincere.

Please post the whole ticket from top to bottom to show how I was intentionally wasting your time while I was deciding between your scout bot and hydratech, instead of writing words and making it look like I wasted time, why don't you post (the WHOLE) ticket here so everyone can see what was happening in there?

Don't ignore the post and post the whole ticket please with pictures or a clip from top to bottom, I'm tired of this he said she said thing and start posting proof without excluding important information (Not making it look like I'm saying stuff that's taken out of context) just like how you took a partly screenshot of the ticket making it look like I wanted to deob your plugins, while this is not true and you know it yourself but you just want to get me banned from more discord servers cause you're siding with @xKylee probably cause he helped you in the past or did something for you.

PS: Don't leave anything out so it's fully transparent and not making 1 or the other side look bad intentionally.

Bored of this now, can a mod just deliver the good ol' "no scams occured, individuals in question havent violated anything except op himself, we dont police discord servers outside of the official sythe one, just block said individuals" and then close this thread?
