Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well, first of all. This is a major bad business 'practice'. I wouldn't call it practice, as I've never outsourced in Red Fox. And my actions were basically to get an extra buck made. It was only 250M, which I would've gotten 20% on that, so it was nearly nothing. I didn't want to let pharaoh down by saying I couldn't do 450. I guess I just wanted to maintain a good relationship with the client, but we've added multiple terms on our TOS, including:
1. We have the right to decline any request/order, as we see fit.

We've implemented a reset password link system for our clients & worker to use. Meaning whilst the service is active, the client does not have access to it.
E.g: 8. You have to provide a reset password link to the worker before the service start.
More in-depth: After payment, client gives a reset password link to the worker. If the link was clicked on by the client before passing it on, it's automatically invalid which is a security feature by Jagex themselves. Therefore, we believe this is a major change to our way of doing services as it can be more iffy and tedious, however it's all in for the security of both me & my clients.

We've also added commands for guides to this and an automatic message when an employee takes a job to provide them with the reset password link. Again, my intentions have always been good with my services. A 450 TOA is not easy to complete and when he requested for it, I didn't want to let the customer down. So again, I sincerely apologise for this course of action and all the havoc it created.

In conclusion:
We've made major changes to avoid situations like these (or avoid them less), and a realization of the consequence that can happen when I don't come forward with the truth.
There's always some type of way of lying about who took wealth in services, which makes it very chaotic when situations like mine pops up. However with this, we believe it'll drastically reduce the chance of such situations happening again.
