Explanation of the trade: Placed an order for 300m rs3 on their site for interac payment. After paying and asking livechat for delivery they accuse me of having chargebacked 3 seperate orders back in November - A bit of background: these were mistakenly opened as I had lost my card a while back and a bunch of real transactions and these were tucked in with the fraud but I had closed those disputes days after noticing and realizing they had been reported so Chicks had lost nothing. I've been a long time consumer with them and have spent lots but now they are withholding my money and refusing to deliver any gold despite there being no issue with my order.
How they scammed: Refusing to deliver gold or refund money back to my interac.
