    Intending to solve this/working on a solution with a customer.
    Dunno when I will be able to pay him back/help him, but fully intend to else I would not report this myself.
    @Pendulum has been informed about the situation.
    Long story short, previous/co owner of an account (customer was aware of this pre sale) has recovered an account in which at current state makes it unsafe. He wants me to recover it for him, which I can do but for his own good I think a full refund would be more reasonable. Working on a solution at the moment, and will keep staff updated on this.
