@Techie do you have any more pictures showing this was a package deal? as picture you have shown are not sufficient.

 

This should be sufficient considering he said he'll do it after the firemaking accounts (which are already 100% completed) and if I do him this favor. The favor was completed and he has since decided not to do the quest cape although I had done what was requested of me.

 

The intent of this trade was for the quest cape,

to either do the quest cape or refund the money that was taken for the lewd photos,

Now I am going to cry myself to sleep as I think about how I had to handle a devious unholy report which is starting to cause my eyes to burn...
