Eeasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I wouldn't say sketchy, what happened was I couldn't access discord for a few days as I had real life family issues(nothing to do with the trades nor the money), so the moment I returned I replied to the thread and to the buyer and refunded fully, I even told him before going odd that lets do the refund now because I know I will take much time and he said dont refund (and gave him a couple of free accounts for the trouble BEFORE the scam thread).

Anything else you wish to say:. I think a small talk with the buyer would show I didnt intend any harm nor there was any intention for a scam.
