Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I charged back PayPal transactions 5+ years ago. Paid everyone back that I could contact 2+ years ago. You should forgive me as I already paid everyone back long ago, am already unbanned on the forums that I actually scammed on and refunded the payment and have already gained quite a bit of vouches / trust on Sythe.org itself since I have been here.

Report 1 was confirmed to be refunded as seen here: Unban appeal. ([email protected])
Report 2 was refunded to a PayPal address. There's no evidence of user Whoa owning this PayPal address, but any attempts to have this confirmed failed.

Report 3 still needs to be refunded. According to Buyacc approx $55 has been sent to @video after he's auctioned all his miniranks, but since the Gamersoul admin is still active (just unresponsive to me) I'd like to properly settle this with the admin there first.

What to do now?
Add "nullege" on Skype and sent the Gamersoul admin a PM on their website. This (User Profile - GamerSoul - Where Gaming Meets Hacking) is his profile. Settle that last debt with him please. Tell him I've been trying to contact him but despite being very helpful last time he appears to ignore me now.

 

Wortel is stalling the report for no reason and with no results. I would like to get someone else to handle my pardon, because Wortel has shown that he is unable to handle my pardon. I have been actively trying to pay back my debt since at least 19 october now, the money is ready but Wortel says I need to wait. Requesting another moderator to handle this.

 

We've had chats with Vince (the admin of Gamersoul) and are wating him to confirm whether or not it's alright with him if the money Buyacc owes to a scam victim on Gamersoul can go to our community repayment fund because his scam victim hasn't been active in years and repaying the scammed amount of money to the Gamersoul admin might risk it to never be used. But by all means, I encourage someone else to take over this pardon as Buyacc likes to believe I'm imcapable of handling this pardon aswell as he likes to believe I'm biased in regards to his pardon.

 

While we wait for the Gamersoul admin to reply, I've asked Buyacc to put his debt into crypto to send to us so we can hold it for the time being and move the pardon into voting when that's done
