  I was banned for not being able to pay the guy I agreed to pay two months later, it was long ago. I had paid him back and was unbanned. I am an ex-super moderator on powerbot and have helped Sythe market moderators in the past as well.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
  It was just an unfortunate issue IRL, no ill intentions or anything. Been a fair market user on both sites, just never got around to properly appealing on Sythe.

I meant it wasn't something I really had control over, I had moved out of my house and did not have access to a computer. I had sold my NA account so they had presumed that I was the one playing on it. Long story short, I bought an account off a good friend of mine and agreed to split payments between months. I had paid half and then did not pay the other half (forgetting about it at the time) and thats when the report came. I never touched the account to begin with which he stated. He resold the account later on after recovering it. I eventually got unbanned once I resolved my personal issue.

I have had no issues on either markets despite that. Theoretically, I was the one scammed later on as I made both payments and had the account recovered but as I had no intention of playing the game I just brushed it off because as I was at fault.

Also in regards to the accounts you posted,
Maruku - an account I was going to switch over to early on Sythe since changing my name on powerbot but was told I couldn't transfer vouches so I disregarded it.
This is the appeal account I made, not really ban evading. I used it to verify someone's PM to match their account I was trading on powerbot. I'm not sure whether that broke a rule or not. If so I'm sorry.
Stlmoto- I don't think that's my account. I do live in STL but to my memory I've never associated any of my online accounts with it. Possible recovery account maybe?

 

I'm awaiting a Powerbot moderator's confirmation that everything's settled on Powerbot.

 

Powerbot moderators claim this was refunded, though there appears not to be any actual proof of refund neither an actual appeal thread that states you were unbanned - considering you are unbanned now, we can assume it was all resolved.
