Problems Recovering

Is anyone else having a problem recovering their Runescape accounts without an email? I Send an appeal, It doesnt get denied or accepted and I get no email.

 

I've been having this exact problem, sent in three requests for the same account and no response in 10 days now.

 

check your junk folder, that's where 2 of my replies went

 

Its not in my folder.

 

Same happening to me I sent in an appeal yesterday and I didn't get nothing for the 3rd time I sent another one for ma other 136 main and I'm seeing if it will come or not :S

Someone has to report this to JaGeX = FaGeX lol.

 

Yeah....I can't recover my account. I get no email. I have an email registered and when it says I have no email registered its bull. I'm trying to get the recoveries removed and its not letting me.

Anyone know how long you have to wait for recoveries to change instantly?

 

I have email set also and it says I don't like WTF!

 

IDK this shit fails I just want to sell my account to this guy I feel bad for him he's been waiting for like 24 hours 0,0

Well, I sent in a bug report hopefully they fix this. It might get more attention if other people who are having this problem report it as well.

 

I haven't been able to recover my acc for almost 3 weeks and it's really pissing me off.

 

Weird because it seems they have no problem denying an appeal.

This needs to get fixed.

 

I've never got an e-mail from them for appeals. It's worked for Yahoo though, but never got one on my Hotmail one.

 

Is it working fine and everything for just Yahoo?

 

Did u check ur spam folder? Or did u block jagex thinking that it was a phishing site?

 

Yes mate It wasnt that. I think its fixed now though because I just got like 5 appeals sent to my email.

 

Still not fixed here.
