    k0nfig banned?
    My friend "k0nfig" got banned because someone stole his Sythe account long time ago, and the person that stole his account scammed a Newcomer.

    Havent he been banned long time enough?

    k0nfig banned?
    If an account is banned for scamming, the ban is permanent unless (a) the ban is unwarranted or (b) the person is pardoned.

    As it was your friends account, he is responsible for it being used in a scam. If he wants to come back, he'll have to reimburse the victim. Alternatively, your friend could apply for a high pardon. Otherwise, your friend will remain banned permanently.
