10hp 99 slayer 99 range 1 def [Cannon only] Need Help!

So basically I want to make a build where the account has 1 att/str/def and 99 range and 99 slayer, i'm basically just looking for help from someone who might have tried this or is doing this on what quests I could/should do, and anything else that might be of help to making this build

I plan on getting 43 prayer as well, maybe 99 in the very longrun but I will have prayer to pray against my tasks.

 

You dont really need any quests for a build like this.

You wont be pking nor pvming so..

 

I hope you have a TON of money to spend on cballs
Only quest needed would be the dwarf cannon quest.

 

Like Velshok said, you are going to need a LOT of cannonballs, it's going to take a long time as well, but the plus side is that you will need minimum questing.

 

Should get 99 prayer 43 will look tacky with only 99 range and slayer

^ You'll never be able to use anything other than vannaka, he has a few good tasks but also alot of bad ones. Also don't do quests like priest in peril, if you get a slayer tower task you're fucked.

 

would raising my combat make it much better? to help get way more better tasks? are there any good quests I could do that would actually give me possible better xp rates etc

 

Halp, i'v decided to just keep 1 def and train range to get 40 combat then start slayer. Organized crime is just not going to be worth it from level 1 def.
