1 Defence vs Void Ranger?

I have a 1 Defence ranger.. Still levelling him he is currently 27 hp / 60 range.

What do you think is better, 1 Def + Darkbow or Void + Darkbow?

I'd personally go down the void route, as if you got bored after a while, void only requires 42 att/str/def/hp so if you quest your defence while you're at it, you can make an account that could eventually become a zerker.

 

1 defence if you're in to pure clanning.

 

Starting my questing now but is it really needed on void pure?

Ive just returned to the game after 6/8 no playing no clan or anything atm

 

From personal experience I'd suggest going the void pure route.

Yes, just because I'm planning on turning it into a zerker at some point.

 

void wrecks when pking, but its always a panic when you die and gotta get it back

 

Honestly, i'd go void + db. 1 def is for clanning generally because the 1 def pking for me personally is garbage, too many pjers, scrubs, maul specs, etc.

Better loots,If you're a 1 def pure,You're probably going to kill other 1 def pures and most risk nothing but voiding,You'd get much better loots+hits.

 

Definitely the void pure. I'd say 100% fully quest it - Barrows Gloves, etc.

 

i agree and its a pretty dead pure community now, you would just get rushed all the time more then actually fighting which is pretty annoying..

 

1 def or init pure are best builds imo

 

Both can ko, but would you rather get full rune, and dds, or a Mage bow or obby maul

 

The pure world is a dying thing sadly, I would know. However there will always be fights to be found at higher levels and it's more exciting IMO.

1 def any day of the week.. Void gets banged.. the defence bonus is SHITE
