claimed that it was someone other then him accesing his sythe account.

payed me in full with extra gold.

I have long since closed that msn window.

I advise a twc at the least....as he scammed on such a small trade

 

Personally, my opinion. Ban the accused user, seems to be sufficient proof to me that he has bailed after the upgrade has been applied.

Will leave this for a global though.
