can someone make me a good pc for about 450 on pc specialist?
i really dont know anything about computers so that would not be an option mate sorry to be a pain...
id love just a desktop that is capable of running rs in hd

could this laptop im going to buy run rs in the highest graphics whilst staying at a good fps around 35+ constant also what are the specs like...
