Removed the previous information in this report as it is mostly circumstantial. Hoping this will be enough.

Tried pardoning on Sythe and appealing on Powerbot:

If you read through those, he states on Powerbot that his intentions there would be to post in Random (Powerbot's equivalent to Spam Forum basically) while in his Sythe pardon attempt he stated he wanted to be involved in the RSPS section. These are the two main sections "The Feels" posts in on Sythe. Not to mention The Feels showed up 10 days after L Bot's pardon was denied.

If you check the IP locations they should be identical.
